• Publication and hosting at your-business.biz.swrlsite.com while the site remains active and compliant, subject to reasonable traffic, storage, and form-use limits.
• An authenticated owner workspace for supported business facts, draft preview, explicit publishing, discarding a draft, and restoring a prior published version.
• Simple visit statistics when available.

AI-assisted editing is not promised as an unlimited free feature. When available, the interface shows its limits, preview, approval, publishing, and rollback controls.

You review and confirm the facts

• The first version may use public information and AI-generated copy. You must verify services, prices, hours, location, policies, inventory, warranties, claims, reviews, and contact information.
• SwrlSite may correct a clear generator mistake or technical defect. Preference changes, a new direction, new pages, features, repeated rewrites, and large content-entry requests are not free corrections.
• You remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, and current status of your business information.

Your business assets stay yours

• Your customer-owned domain, original business information, uploaded content, customer leads, and business data remain yours.
• By submitting content, you confirm you own it or may use it and give SwrlSite permission to process and publish it for the website.
• You may ask SwrlSite to take the free site down or provide a reasonable copy of the published business content.
• SwrlSite retains its generator, editor, reusable components, templates, hosting platform, prompts, automation, and other platform technology.

Availability and reasonable limits

• Free hosting includes reasonable bandwidth and storage for a standard small-business website and limited support. It has no uptime, service-level, response-time, or on-demand founder commitment.
• SwrlSite may apply reasonable limits to traffic, storage, form submissions, editing, rebuilds, or other resource-heavy activity so the free service remains sustainable.
• SwrlSite may pause or remove a site that is unlawful, deceptive, abusive, insecure, falsely authorized, materially harmful, or persistently empty after reasonable notice when practical.
• If free hosting is discontinued, SwrlSite will provide reasonable notice and a reasonable copy of the published business content.

Domains and customer-controlled accounts

• The free website is published on a SwrlSite address.
• A domain you buy remains yours.
• Website Launch is the paid path for placing the business-specific website in domain, GitHub, Railway, analytics, billing, and related accounts you create and control.
• You pay domain, hosting, email, analytics, and other customer-controlled provider charges directly unless a written order says otherwise.

Optional paid help

The free website continues to work on its SwrlSite address without buying these services. Paid work starts only after the price, scope, exclusions, responsibilities, and acceptance terms are confirmed in writing.

• Website Launch, $997 one time. SwrlSite configures the completed site in accounts the client controls and includes 30 days of covered launch corrections. New pages, features, redesigns, integrations, and ongoing work are separate.
• Website Care, $250/month. Managed hosting, website health monitoring, routine technical maintenance, backups and rollback, lead flow checks, standard support, and reasonable minor factual corrections. It maintains what exists rather than adding proactive growth work.
• Website Growth Partner, $750/month. The applicable managed care foundation plus proactive conversion review, lead flow recommendations, a reasonable prioritized monthly batch, and optional planning and review sessions. Major redesigns, campaigns, applications, and substantial integrations require separate scope.
• AI Receptionist, Calls Only. $497/month after activation with a $997 standard implementation paid upfront. Texting is not included.
• AI Front Desk Suite. $997/month after activation with a $1,997 standard implementation paid upfront. Calls and SMS/MMS are the core. Inbound email, website chat, forms, calendar, CRM workflows, and other integrations are included only when expressly scoped, implemented, tested, approved, and activated.
• Website + AI Growth Partner. $1,497/month with the full AI Front Desk Suite and Website Growth scope. The standard AI implementation is $1,997 upfront.
• Custom Business Solution. Applications, portals, dashboards, custom integrations, migrations, and specialized workflows require discovery and a written custom proposal.

AI implementation and monthly activation

For the standard fixed AI packages, the full one-time implementation fee is due before kickoff. No recurring AI fee is charged during implementation. The first monthly charge begins when the approved production system starts handling real customer interactions. Larger custom work may use a different written milestone schedule.

What we ask in return

• Keep the site legal and honest: no unlawful content, impersonation, misleading claims, malware, spam, hate, or harmful use.
• The site must describe a real business you own or are authorized to represent.
• The small Built by SwrlSite credit remains while the site uses free SwrlSite hosting. An accepted launch or other written scope may state different branding terms.
• Do not use editing or generation tools to create abusive volumes of repetitive, copied, misleading, or manipulative search content.
