What do you need before launch?

Your number, hours, approved answers and routing rules. We check compatible busy/no-answer forwarding, test the workflow, and get your approval before activation.

What is scoped separately?

Custom CRM or dispatch integrations, calendars, multiple locations, extra numbers, email and website chat. We confirm access and feasibility before promising an integration.

What happens when the allowance runs out?

No automatic overage charges. A $35 pack adds 100 minutes and requires a confirmed purchase. There are no automatic refills.

What if the AI does not know the answer?

Sensitive requests and unknown answers go to your team. The receptionist does not promise emergency dispatch. You approve coverage hours and routing rules.

Automation has a fair-use limit and may pause if exceeded. Basic requests keep working. A trial, when offered, never charges automatically.
