I am Hansell Cruz, Dominican American, born and raised in New York, and fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
I am a computer engineer with AI certifications and professional experience spanning the federal government and Google Fiber.
I have spent years working with technology, troubleshooting real systems, and building software. I created SwrlSite to apply that discipline to small businesses.
We do not start by asking where to add AI. We start with the operation, where customers get lost, what repeats, what can be controlled, and what should remain human.

I also built and launched ChatMMM, a market news product available on the App Store and Google Play. Building real products keeps the work grounded in what people actually use.
I still lead the product and technical standard. As SwrlSite grows, qualified team members may help with delivery. You will know who is responsible before work begins.
